Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Orders Already Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Customers must follow our Return Policy once the item has been delivered.

Subscription or Recurring Purchases (If Applicable)

For products purchased through a subscription or recurring purchase option, customers may cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment.

Digital Products

All digital products, downloadable materials, or e-books are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once delivered.
