Shipping policy

All domestic orders placed before 12 PM EST, will be shipped the same day, If placed after 12 PM EST, It will be ship on the next business day. Orders placed on Sunday will be ship on Monday. After you placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it's ready to leave our Distribution Center you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from DIVINE QUALITY SERVICES LLC, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
